Lack of AC made the stay tedious. Nonfunctional safe was not repaired until our last day. Non-funcional light was never fixed. It was a beautiful neighborhood. I would definitley go back but not to this property.

I took my mother to Mexico City for a special occasion and Gran Hotel Ciudad did not disappoint! It was a beautiful and convenient location that offered the best in Mexican luxury and hospitality. When we checked out of the hotel, the staff was very accommodating to get us a driver for our final day and to the airport. His name was Flavio and he was AMAZING!!! We highly recommend the job that Flavio did for us. He is a wonderful representation of the hotel and of Mexico. ASK FOR FLAVIO WHEN YOU VISIT THE HOTEL!!!!
